Data Management Associate

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is a global leader in talent acquisition and workforce solutions. As a Data Management Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects.

You will be responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from various sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data, and transforming it for upload into Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Your goal will be to ensure data quality and implement processes that drive efficiency and support data governance.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Working with a team to collect, organize, and validate data using AGS's proprietary data collection tool
  • Following up on outstanding data from outside vendors
  • Analyzing data for gaps and/or errors in large datasets and working to resolve these issues
  • Preparing load templates for upload into VMS
  • Attending project meetings and communicating project status on weekly client-facing calls
