We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Heroku Consultant to join one of our global client companies.

**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a talented individual to design, develop, and deploy applications on the Heroku platform, integrating them with Salesforce and other cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Heroku, Salesforce, and cloud architecture, bringing a strong understanding of how to build scalable, reliable, and secure applications to meet business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing incident management, including root cause analysis of recurring issues
  • Handling service requests
  • Recommending improvements on the production system for the solutions team to develop
  • Producing regular reports on application performance
  • Serving as the main SME for the Salesforce Heroku platform
  • Providing supplementary support to Salesforce Administrators when needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any computer-related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience supporting the Salesforce Heroku Platform
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and Heroku Architecture Designer certifications are required
