Vismotor Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Process Manager to oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring all collections and other forms of income are properly recorded and reconciled. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable, with one year in a Supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
  • Proactively manage bad debt and prepare accurate reports on collection forecasts and revenue analysis.
  • Implement discipline and guidance to correct employee performance and work ethics deficiencies.
  • Provide skills and development training to the Accounts Receivable Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Experience in ERP (SAP is an advantage).
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to implement policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
