Job Overview

A leading supplier of medical supplies and durable equipment provides patients with essential testing materials, CPAP, wound care, oxygen, and more.

This is a full-time, permanent position aligned to US Eastern Time Zone hours.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with order refills and answer inquiries via phone calls within the hours of operation.
  • Receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a caring, professional demeanor.
  • Work remotely from home and comply with remote work policies.
Requirements
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calls preferred.
  • Advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with dialer or CRM preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales/CSR upselling experience in a BPO/call center setting.
