Project Estimator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and sprinkler takeoffs, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and proposal preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough takeoffs from drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.
  • Review project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work.
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed proposals using provided templates.
  • Ensure timely submission of projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience in plumbing and sprinkler takeoffs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
