We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Financial Accountant. This is a full-time role that involves managing multiple books/entities, recording financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

About the Job:

  • Manage multiple books/entities, including record-keeping, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Record financial transactions for AP, getting approvals to pay vendors, and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Verify transactions and ledgers, and run regular expense reports and distribute them to management.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong understanding of GAAP and QuickBooks.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Your own computer equipment, internet connection speed of at least 50 Mbps, and a proper workstation setup are required.
  • A headset with noise-cancellation feature is essential for effective communication.
