We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex transaction engagements, supporting clients across the deal lifecycle.

About the Role

This role focuses on delivering financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and strategic insights to enable informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a track record in executing mid- to large-scale M&A or capital market transactions in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
  • Analyze financial information, quality of earnings, working capital, and key performance indicators relevant to transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal process.
  • Draft client-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, risks, and value drivers.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client meetings, and pitch presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&A, financial due diligence, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation concepts, and transaction structuring.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple engagements and leading cross-functional teams.
