Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client engagements or components of larger projects. This role requires a strong understanding of taxation and accounting standards, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage one or more client engagements or parts of large-scale projects.
  • Deliver high-quality work and ensure projects meet financial targets (realisation, revenue, and profitability).
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff.
  • Support day-to-day team management, including giving constructive feedback and helping with performance development.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client relationship management.
  • Take on people development responsibilities.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and share knowledge within the organisation.
  • Stay up to date with industry changes and help implement innovative service delivery solutions.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years' experience in a tax consulting or advisory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian taxation laws and accounting standards.
  • CA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex tax concepts clearly—both in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in presenting to clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace change and contribute to innovation.
