Expert Director

As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will drive process improvements and lead complex technology projects in the Banking vertical. Your goal is to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business value through innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies to improve key business metrics.
- Leading transformational initiatives to drive business change within Banking.
- Collaborating with IT teams to address current and future technology needs.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Black Belt certification from a recognized institute or company.
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex technology projects, preferably in contact centers or customer service.
- At least 7 years of experience driving process improvements in Banking.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in defining and implementing digital transformation strategies, preferably in Banking or financial services.
