Performance Optimization Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting paid media campaigns and optimizing performance.
The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of digital marketing and PPC principles, be comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and familiar with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns
- Upload creative assets, ad copy, and track changes
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
- Support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain trackers and campaign documentation
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
- Assist with testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies for campaign success
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve goals
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
