Job Title: Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to support our organization’s financial operations.

  • Process and validate accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate posting in accounting systems
  • Prepare quarterly reports for statutory compliance
  • Reconcile bank statements weekly against general ledger entries
  • Maintain accounting databases, including data entry and backup documentation
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or Business Management
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
