  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers' journey in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education
  • Attend to sales and service needs of customers
  • Approve and process sales and services applications and transactions in the system
  • Process payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate)
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Willingness to work in a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
