About This Role

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Accounting and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Manage accounting processes, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the finance function.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business results.
