As a Medical Biller/Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivables, coordinating with insurance companies and healthcare providers, handling denied claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement of medical expenses.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. You must also have a strong understanding of medical billing procedures, including but not limited to:

  1. Reviewing and processing patient claims for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Resolving issues with denied claims through effective communication with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
  3. Ensuring timely submission of claims to minimize delays in reimbursement.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, preferably with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a high school diploma or equivalent and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
