We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to oversee our end-to-end marketing engine. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue.

Your primary focus will be on building, measuring, and scaling campaigns across various channels, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize ROI.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of marketing management experience, proficiency in HubSpot, and a strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Own all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships and content creation
  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot
  • Build workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation)
  • Experience managing vendors/freelancers
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns
