  7. Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce the environmental impact of our properties.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the condition of properties and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, budgets, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
