About the Role:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts for web, mobile, and software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Closely collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Utilize automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, or similar.
  • Analyze test results and generate reports for review.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher preferred) – must be able to read, write, and speak Japanese.
  • 2+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
