Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of business principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
