A key member of our team, the Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of spare parts and stores to our fleet vessels. This involves maintaining accurate records, liaising with vessel superintendents, and verifying supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of orders and requisitions in the FSM e-commerce system.
  2. Process all Requisitions, Quotations, and Purchase Orders efficiently for assigned vessels.
  3. Liaise with vessel Superintendents/Assistant Superintendents to guarantee seamless delivery of spare parts and stores.
  4. Update vessels with relevant information concerning supply of store/spares.
  5. Verify accuracy of invoice details from suppliers by cross-checking original purchase orders, delivery orders, and transportation bills.
  6. Maintain accurate record keeping, follow-up, and filing on stores and spares purchased for fleet vessels.
  7. Responsible for tracking and processing documentation related to stores and spares purchases and their transportation.
  8. Undertake vocational training as required by the company.
  9. Participate in special projects regarding storage and supply of spare parts to vessels.
  10. Attend Fleet, Technical, and other meetings as decided by senior management.
