Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining confidential employee pay data and records, ensuring the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, and other financial documents.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain highly-confidential employee pay data and records.
  • Administer and maintain payroll-related databases, templates, and systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, and other financial documents.
  • Prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines.
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy.
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions.
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll-related vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and send out client invoices within prescribed deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees, and partners.
  • Respond and resolve queries within prescribed service level agreements.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations.
  • Work experience in an Employer of Record structure would be an advantage.
  • Work experience in cross-country payroll would be an advantage.
  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Netsuite experience would be an advantage.
  • Zendesk experience would be an advantage.
