Strategic Financial Operations Manager

The Corporate Financial Support Specialist will provide critical support to the Finance department, optimizing cash flow and reporting. This role will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Work closely with various departments to consolidate records, analyze data, and ensure budgets align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable KPIs and processes, including verifying and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable KPIs and processes, including issuing invoices, monitoring timely and accurate customer payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling bank statements, and managing petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain documentation for audit and annual tax preparation.
- Work with financial software and systems to input, process, and retrieve financial data.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating financial databases and generating financial reports using accounting software.
- Work with the HR Department in processing and approval requests from the Finance Manager for the transfer and crediting of Payroll.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions and interactions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounts receivable/payables cycle.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
