Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and be proficient in Revit.

The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation collaboratively with architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit
  • Creating construction detailing and spec sheets with high accuracy
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and team members for accurate designs
  • Revising and updating designs based on feedback and design changes
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards
  • Maintaining project documentation and organization
  • Conducting quality checks for precision and compliance
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with Revit
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
Preferred Skills:
  • Project management software for tracking design progress
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
