Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AP Invoice Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APSSC.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and record payable entries in the ERP system using correct cost center, GL account charging, & amount.
  • Ensure compliance of company expenses to applicable policies and tax requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and good written and communication skills. They will also have experience working in a business process outsourcing/shared services organization environment.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any equivalent course.
  • At least two (2) years of operational experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting/Audit.
