About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Specialist to provide full-time support to its Executive and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will help drive efficiency across day-to-day operations and support team members in achieving their goals.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, manage follow-ups, and draft communications when needed.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client data.
  • Assist in lead generation and outreach tasks.
  • Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and client engagements.
  • Track project deadlines and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal communication across teams.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and the sales department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative professional or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in productivity software and communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
