Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to turn technical information into effective learning content.
  • Conduct Needs Analysis or gap requirement of requestors using various methodologies.
  • Maintain an account of all uploaded programs continuously.
  • Perform thorough research on topics before creating modules for the program.
  • Exert efforts to provide solutions and services clients expect and require.
  • Gather information and analyze data shared to ascertain needs of clients.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Creatives.
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in designing.
  • Highly proficient in MS Programs, Adobe Creative, and other animation-related software/app.
  • Able to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to turn technical information into effective learning content.
  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
  • Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong personality, self-starter, and creative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site.
