Job Title: Admin Support

Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Estimator & Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by accurately estimating insurance claims and coordinating the resolution of these claims.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of insurance claim processes and procedures, as well as proficiency in Xactimate software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review Xactimate estimates for roof repairs and replacements
  • Verify line items, quantities, and pricing against scopes of loss
  • Update estimates after adjuster meetings and re-submissions as needed
  • Manage scope of loss documents and ensure they are attached to the correct claims
  • Coordinate with adjusters to clarify scope, coverage, and payment details
  • Document meeting outcomes and next steps
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance estimating and claims coordination
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
