- Respond to customer inquiries and redirect them to respective departments when necessary, ensuring seamless support.
- Find and implement the best solution for each customer based on their specific requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and handle reviews, fostering positive relationships.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, funding, and reports, contributing to the team's success.

Requirements:- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably with a BPO - North American Account background.
- 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets, showcasing proficiency in data management.
- A reliable internet connection is essential for this role, emphasizing the importance of stable online access.
- Initial Contact: Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will connect with you to confirm your experience and discuss the opportunity.
- Interviews & Assessment: If there's a fit, you'll be scheduled for an interview with the Hiring Manager. Successful candidates will then undergo a background check and verification of their identity and work-from-home setup.
- Offer & Onboarding: Once you pass the background check, you'll receive your job offer and begin onboarding, including setting up your computer for your first day.
