The successful candidate will provide technical support for our virtual desktop users, address technical issues, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for virtual desktop users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring computers based on Client's policy that includes account creation as well as providing training and support to users as part of the onboarding process.
  • Directly communicate with Client IT for any troubleshooting related to virtual machines or any access to client systems as well as the SharePoint and OneDrive systems.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related IT course.
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) technologies such as VMWare, Citrix Virtual Apps, and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Knowledgeable in SharePoint and OneDrive for file management and synchronization.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues including the ability to analyze logs and system performance to identify problems and provide necessary recommendations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with the client and users effectively and the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience in any automation scripting such as PowerShell, Python for automating tasks and processes.
  • Experience with collaboration software such as Microsoft Teams, Ring Central, Zoom, and remote support tools.
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
