Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team at Neksjob Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca Testsuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess manual test cases for suitability for automation
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Tosca Testsuite
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing automated test scripts
  • Review team members' work to ensure quality of deliverables
  • Establish and configure testing environments for executing automated test cases
  • Execute automated test scripts in accordance with agreed scope and schedule
  • Monitor test results and report discrepancies using defect tracking tools
  • Validate defect fixes
  • Accurately and timely report test progress, risks, and issues
  • Work with the application team to resolve issues arising from the testing process
  • Recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and where testing fits into the process
  • Proven hands-on experience with Tosca Testsuite for test automation
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript or C#
  • Knowledgeable on Tosca Framework (TBox, Classic, etc.)
  • Hands-on integration of Tosca with Test Management tools like QTest
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Nice to Have:

  • Tosca certification or other relevant certifications
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Integration and Tosca Orchestrated Service Virtualization (OSV)
