Job Description

This role is responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in an AP/AR or general accounting role and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. They must also have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and promptly.
  • Scheduling and preparing payments via Ramp or Bill.com.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also assist the payroll team with payroll runs and review payroll reports for exceptions prior to processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an AP/AR or general accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
