We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to support the implementation of our enterprise-wide risk management framework.
- Identify and assess material risks, including emerging threats, on an entity-specific level.
- Develop processes to identify and analyze existing and potential risks faced by our subsidiaries.
- Implement a risk reporting framework to assist senior management in understanding and managing risk exposures.
- Cascade new regulatory requirements for our subsidiaries as necessary.
- Collaborate with our subsidiaries to develop and implement risk policies and procedures aligned with our risk appetite.
- Monitor and report strategic, financial, operational, and technological risks.
- Enhance the design and implementation of the risk management structure of our subsidiaries.
- Create internal capital adequacy assessment processes (ICAAP) for our subsidiaries.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance.
- Proficiency in R programming and Python.
- Background in risk management, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and/or interest rate risk is desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
