Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for our biggest client. This position requires a passionate and creative tech leader who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact.

  • Lead developer to automate the integration of a 3rd party software application with our internal data infrastructure.
  • Review previous automation design and modernize it with a microservice architecture design.
  • Ensure support and stability of the codebase.
  • Work closely with domain SME team to implement required enrichment and rules needed to properly integrate the automation.
  • Help educate non-development team members on software development best practices.
  • Present and update designs to other developers for review, alignment, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with a scrum team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on full-stack software developer experience in multiple languages.
  • 2+ years of experience driving software architecture & engineering best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure.
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain, diagram, and document design decisions.
