Job Opportunity

As a key player in the customer service team, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying contact information using search and productivity tools.
  • Conducting health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion.
  • Developing product knowledge to address customer objections intelligently.
  • Documenting and tracking feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails.
  • Capturing customer expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment - 'Voice of the Customer'.
  • Addressing customer concerns through appropriate communication channels.
  • Collaborating with teams and management to promote positive customer experiences.

Required qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service.
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals.
  • Experience in high-volume calling.
  • Experience learning new technology and data.
  • Process orientation and ability to follow call scripts.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Experience or willingness to work from home.
