About the Position

The Business Development Contact Setter is a critical role within our organization, responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients and existing customers to set appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with potential clients and existing customers to set appointments
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate records of appointments and follow-ups
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet requirements for the sales team
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and business partners to determine their needs and interest in our offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments and sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly call and appointment-setting targets
  • Manage appointment calendars to ensure optimal scheduling and prevent conflicts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales-related roles (B2B)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
  • Goal-oriented with ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
