Financial Systems Architect

We are seeking a visionary leader to architect and implement revolutionary financial systems that fuel education businesses in their hypergrowth phases.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance leadership, with a proven track record of designing and implementing streamlined financial infrastructures leveraging AI-powered technologies.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute complex financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will collaborate directly with our senior leadership team, influencing expansion strategies, budget frameworks, and vendor relationships.

  • Crafting and evolving a cutting-edge financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures
  • Authoring strategic design decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
  • Providing expert written feedback on deep dives and improvement plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
  • Engaging in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
  • Orchestrating seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in finance is required, along with professional certifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in executive finance leadership roles.

  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms, preferably in multi-entity organizational structures
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
