Telecoms Innovation Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to sales process.
  • Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to telecoms professionals.
  • Document complete solution (RAN & others) to describe benefits of our products.
  • Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.
  • Serve as regional subject matter expert for product offering and industry trends.
  • Clearly communicate customer's requirements to teams responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing support of solution.
  • Develop technical sales material for customer engagement.
  • Support company targets in your region & globally.
  • Maintain solid relationship with key stakeholders and develop new relations with existing & new telecoms providers.
Requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of professional experience working in Solution Sales Engineering with telecoms providers.
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Network/OSS and Core across 2G/4G & 5G.
  • Extensive knowledge of the telecoms world and cellular network in particular.
  • Extensive verbal and written communication skills and interacting with technical executives, including high standard and quality presentation and proposal writing.
  • Exceptional organization skills with ability to articulate and gain client mind share.
  • Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize properly to meet deadlines.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to meet clients in the region – up to 30%.
