Senior Financial Operations Manager

This is a remote full-time position with a focus on managing financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing accounts payable invoices and payments, handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements, downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems.
- Performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems, processing transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations, learning and operating Exact and Facecode systems for European operations.
- Generating and distributing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records across entities, executing Excel functions like vlookup for analysis.
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in multiple accounting systems, strong Excel skills, especially vlookup, attention to detail and high accuracy, quick learner of new accounting systems, excellent organizational and time management skills, professional English communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and basic accounting knowledge.
This role involves working 40 hours per week, initially focusing on Australian operations, with potential expansion to European operations, using multiple accounting systems (Dext, Xero, Exact, Facecode), managing international financial operations, coordinating across time zones, and supporting month-end and periodic reports.
