Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Closing Activities: Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate, organized reporting.
  • Revenue Processing: Process monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations, posting of entries, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Audit Support: Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and assist auditors as needed.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  • Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable tasks, including contract uploads, billing, invoicing, and cash application.
  • Customer Relationships: Manage customer relationships and resolve billing issues.
  • Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll activities, including payroll runs and payroll entries.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist with investor and bank reporting.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
