We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business within your assigned key accounts in a manner that is aligned with our values and ways of working.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Ensure timely enlistment and on-shelf availability of new products, promos and other in-store initiatives
  2. Adhere to the Must-Carry-List assortment per store cluster within the account
  3. Coordinating with internal partners (Order Fulfillment Group, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure on-time delivery
  4. Plan strategic activities and initiatives that will grow Human Nature in the account
  5. Grow and expand Human Nature's presence and business in the account via expansion into new doors or other relevant channels within the channel (i.e. e-commerce platform of the account)
  6. Ensure regular engagement with the account to further build business and relationship

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Must have 2-4 years of experience with account management/sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Must be action and detail-oriented, with an eye and passion for excellence
  • Must be flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills
  • Must possess the leadership skills to lead the tri-partite team in ensuring perfect and consistent execution across doors
  • With proven ability to effectively sell products and ideas, with experience in presenting new products and closing deals.
  • Has strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, including profit margins and shelf space, while advocating for company initiatives
  • With the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and accounts, fostering trust and loyalty
