Job DescriptionA Brand Ambassadress is responsible for promoting a brand, product, or service by engaging directly with customers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales. Acts as the face of the company at marketing events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements- Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with different people.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the required language(s).
- Sales & Marketing Ability: Experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, friendly, and persuasive personality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and interact with many customers.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with a team and follow directions from supervisors.
- Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or customer service representative.
- Knowledge of the brand or industry being promoted.
- Basic social media skills for online promotions, if required.
