Job Description

A Brand Ambassadress is responsible for promoting a brand, product, or service by engaging directly with customers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales. Acts as the face of the company at marketing events, activations, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
  • Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with different people.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Sales & Marketing Ability: Experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, friendly, and persuasive personality.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and interact with many customers.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with a team and follow directions from supervisors.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or customer service representative.
  • Knowledge of the brand or industry being promoted.
  • Basic social media skills for online promotions, if required.
