Job Title: Financial Analyst – Offshore

Location: Remote

Reports to: Sr. Director, FP&A

The company is at the forefront of sustainable lithium extraction technology. It revolutionizes how lithium is produced for the growing electric vehicle and energy storage markets.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This offshore role will focus on Vena report development and administration, Power BI dashboarding, Excel report consolidation and automation, and PowerPoint slide updates for executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vena Report Development & Administration:
    1. Administer and maintain Vena, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
    2. Develop and enhance Vena reports to meet evolving business needs.
    3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Vena system usage.
  2. Power BI Dashboarding:
    1. Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
    2. Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
  3. Excel Report Consolidation & Automation:
    1. Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring data accuracy.
    2. Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  4. PowerPoint Slide Updates:
    1. Update and refine PowerPoint presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    2. Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  3. Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  5. Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  6. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.
  2. Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
