Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, provide coaching and guidance, and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational BPO/Call Center environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Certifications: Six Sigma certification is an advantage but not required.
