About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on position, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology execution. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and represent product in engineering meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

We are seeking an experienced professional for this role, who can bring their expertise in product management/ownership to drive growth and innovation within our product suite.

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, ensuring product decisions balance commercial and technical needs.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Partnership: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyse usage and adoption metrics, and continuously optimise the product based on insights.
