Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recover past due loans and improve security positions
  • Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial settlements
  • Coordinate with other units of the bank to ensure smooth implementation of approved settlement schemes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in handling loan account recovery and institutional accounts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of credit analysis and risk management principles
