About the Role:

This position is responsible for designing and analyzing various structural components and systems. Key aspects include collaboration with team members to execute construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, managing project resources effectively, coordinating with contractors and clients throughout project lifecycle, and providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structural Design and Analysis: Develop and implement innovative structural designs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute construction projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
