Are you passionate about luxury automobiles and the finer details of high-end vehicles? If the answer is yes, we are looking for someone to join our team in assessing customer experiences and providing critical feedback that helps brands refine their services.

  • We offer flexibility - each visit takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the freedom to complete multiple assignments.
  • Frequent opportunities - perform several missions per month and collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide.

As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, your role will involve:

  • Choosing your assignments - aligning them with your personal preferences and profile.
  • Visiting luxury stores or evaluating online - engaging with sales associates in the stores or online from the comfort of your home.
  • Observing carefully - visiting boutiques, checking ambience, experiencing luxury automotive showrooms, purchasing online, evaluating after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  • Providing honest feedback - using our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.

Iloilo and Bacolod are among the locations where you can work as a Luxury Brand Evaluator.

Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You should have a good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • You should be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • You should enjoy interacting with people.
  • You should have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
  • You should be willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • You should be able to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
