Job Title: Gardener

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Topserve Service Solutions Inc. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces. This includes designing, producing, renewing, and preserving gardens, parks, and other outdoor areas.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the appearance and health of plants, trees, and outdoor spaces
* Perform general maintenance tasks, including pruning, weeding, and watering
* Design and implement new garden designs and layouts
* Operate horticultural machinery and powered hand tools
* Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience working in the horticultural industry
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays
