We are seeking a creative professional to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing designs that solve real business problems.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a wide range of high-quality deliverables, including branding materials, print collateral, digital assets, ads, presentations, and infographics. They will use AI tools to speed up ideation and improve creative output, collaborate with fellow designers and quality analysts to ensure consistent, on-brand designs, and interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism.

The role requires proven experience in web and graphic design, advanced English communication skills, a strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design is also essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment, have a helpful, open-minded, and ego-free attitude toward design feedback, and be willing to undergo and pass 1 week of training before being officially hired.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality deliverables, including branding materials, print collateral, digital assets, ads, presentations, and infographics.
  • Use AI tools to speed up ideation and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and quality analysts to ensure consistent, on-brand designs.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and AI developments to enhance our service.
  • Manage your time efficiently across multiple design requests daily.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in web and graphic design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
