Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Professional to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, recording journal entries, and performing financial reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in accounting support. They will also possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

As an Accounting Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. You will work closely with our finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and monitoring payment due dates
  • Record journal entries, including accruals and amortizations, to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Perform financial reconciliations, including bank and credit card statements, to ensure account balances are accurate
  • Assist with monthly close processes, including preparing and posting adjusting entries
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting support
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
