As a vital member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the accuracy of our financial records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts to inform strategic planning decisions
  • Provide timely reports and analysis to management for informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organizational policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
